Incidence of Hypotension, Bradycardia, and Post-operative Nausea and Vomiting with Spinal Anesthesia in Cesarean Section Patient

Background. Cesarean section is performed through an open abdominal incision (laparotomy) and the uterus (hysterotomy). Generally, cesarean with regional anesthesia techniques, spinal being primary choice. Complications that often occur after administration of include hypotension, bradycardia, postoperative nausea vomiting. The aim this study was thus to identify incidence vomiting caused by during procedures.
 Methods. This a cross-sectional descriptive, quantitative design. Data were obtained from medical records patients undergoing procedures. Univariate analysis analyze data using IBM SPSS software version 28.
 Results. results showed 297 samples, hypotension based on mean arterial pressure 1.7%, bradycardia 0.7%, 3%.
 Conclusions. There 1.7% in anesthesia, 98.3% not experiencing hypotension. 0.7% 99.3% bradycardia. 3% 97%
